Reflection Session 3

What is the vision that we're going to establish? (In the context of K-12)

Reflections about today: What did we hear that was new, old... Disagreements? Agreements? What do I believe?

We tend to (involuntarily, perhaps) teach out of fear of admin/kid/parent reactions to our judgement of student learning

Worried about how this will carry over to upper school.

We are not connecting/networking enough within Lovett, as a MS faculty. We need a place and opportunity.

Supporting each other. Do we have the time to effectively do that? Schedule is a big part of that.

The amount of work that people have is pretty overwhelming: single gender, new schedule... Adding 1-1 as "one more thing" seems very difficult.
